The log-in system for Web Service Portal will be changed
Starting September 28, 2025, the log-in system for Web Service Portal will shift from organization-based to individual email-based.
Prior to this change, we will open a pre-registration site for Web Service Portal users to register email addresses.
Please be aware that you may not be able to log-in our services after September 28, 2025 if you have not completed your pre-registration.
The services that require email address pre-registration are listed in "Service List for Pre-registration."

Request for Pre-registration of Email Address
- To ensure a smooth transition to the new log-in system, please pre-register your email address.
- A special site for pre-registration will be opened. Follow the instructions provided in the upcoming information.
- Pre-registration period: June 15, 2025 – September 14, 2025.
To access the email address pre-registration site, please log-in to ClassNK Customer Hub(Web Service Portal) and click the "Register" button.

New Log-in System
- Log-in ID will be individual accounts for each person. (Currently per organization / company.)
- Enable to access multiple services of Web Service Portal with a single log-in, without needing separate log-in for each service.
- Current organizational information and service usage history will be retained, allowing continued use of services without reconfiguration.

Account type permission
In the new log-in system, user permissions on the Customer Hub will be categorized into three types: 'Administrator', 'Normal User', and 'Visitor User'.
